Mas de Couderc, Degagnac, 46 Lot, Midi-Pyrenees

Mas de Couderc is privately owned house in the middle of the countryside about 1 mile north of the village of Degagnac, aout 10km south of Gourdon. The owners live some distance away, and the property is not overlooked.

This single-storey well-equipped house has 3 bedrooms, (sleepeing up to 6) kitchen, large bathroom, separate WC, lounge and conservatory. The large grounds include great views from the elevated position, a good-sized swimming pool, swings and a table-tennis table. Garden furniture and a barbecue.

From both the conservatory and the outside picnic table (with awning) offer great views over the surrounding countryside. It is good walking country - a branch of one of the long distance footpaths (Grand Randonnee or GR) passes nearby. Rates range from £245 up to £540 per week in July and August
